1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all contracts between [TODO: Full legal name of owner] ("Moovri", "we") and users of the Moovri platform. Different terms of users do not apply.
2. Service
Moovri is an online tool for writing, generating and editing AI video series, films and personal stories. AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may vary; we do not guarantee a specific artistic result.
3. Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or have consent of a legal guardian) and provide accurate data. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
4. Plans, credits and prices
- Paid actions consume credits. The credit cost of each action is shown before you start it; paid generation never starts without your confirmation.
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) grant a monthly credit allowance. Unused plan credits do not roll over to the next month. Yearly plans grant credits in monthly instalments.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases and stay valid for 12 months.
- Trial and referral credits are free bonuses without cash value.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and include statutory VAT where applicable. Introductory offers apply to the first billing period only; afterwards the regular price is charged.
5. Contract and payment
The contract is concluded when you complete checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; with Stripe managed payments, Stripe (Link) may act as reseller and the charge may appear as "LINK.COM*". Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time in your billing area, effective at the end of the current period. Your remaining credits stay usable until then.
7. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and our refund rules are in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
8. Your content and rights
- You keep the rights to your scripts, uploads and generated videos, subject to the licences of the AI providers used.
- You may only upload images, voices and other material you own or are allowed to use. Depicting real people requires their consent.
- Prohibited: illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech, harassment, deceptive deepfakes and infringement of third-party rights. We may block content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
- Content you share with the community is public until you withdraw it.
9. Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
10. Changes
We may change these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not object within that period, the changes apply; you may cancel instead.
11. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.
